Salawat: When the Prophet’s Name is Mentioned

Hawzah News Agency- The Holy Prophet (pbuh and his family) said:

مَنْ ذُكِرْتُ عِنْدَهُ فَنَسِيَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَيَّ، خَطَّأَ اللَّهُ بِهِ طَرِيقَ الْجَنَّةِ.

Whoever hears my name mentioned and neglects to send blessings (salawat) upon me, Allah will cause them to miss the path to Paradise.
